NEIGHBORS

The house on Reussinsel in the city of Lucerne houses a furnished apartment, five rental apartments, a common room (Sport Bar), a garage, workshop and storage area. The building from 1890 will be used as a generations home until the new building project is realized. In the meantime, we look forward to spending many pleasant hours next to the River called "Reuss".

The house accommodates five privat apartments. Xaver lives in the south wing. He is over 80 years old and has lived in the house since 1961. Mario lives upstairs from him. He runs the Kommod restaurant in the city of Lucerne.

Lukas lives in the north wing with a balcony. Above there are two apartments. Renato drives a white BWM and Remo works as a chef.

Das Haus an der Reussinsel in der Stadt Luzern beherbergt ein möbliertes Appartement, fünf Mietwohnungen, einen Gemeinschaftsraum sowie eine Garage, Werkstatt und Lager. Das Gebäude aus dem Jahre 1890 wird als Generationen Wohnhaus genutzt bis das Neubau Projekt realisiert wird. In der Zwischenzeit freuen wir uns auf viele schöne Stunden am Ufer der Reuss.

Das Haus beherbergt fünf Mietwohnungen. Im 1. OG ist Xaver wohnhaft. Er ist über 80 Jahre alt und lebt seit 1961 im Haus. Oberhalb von ihm wohnt Mario. Er führt das Restaurant Kommod in Luzern.

Im Nordflügel wohnt Lukas im 1. OG mit Balkon. Im 2. Stock sind zwei Wohnungen. Renato fährt einen weissen BWW und Remo arbeitet als Koch.
